You can choose your seating zone, but not a specific seat number. Assigned seats are arranged by our team, and tickets booked together will be seated together whenever possible.
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. Every child must have a valid ticket, and children's tickets are the same price as adult tickets, regardless of age or height.
No. Once your booking is confirmed and the QR Code is issued, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed or exchanged. Please check your date and ticket category carefully before booking.
